How it started

Every Friday, someone had to eat.

It started in India. Every Friday without fail, Ankita would cook for whoever showed up.

When we moved to London, we missed that. So we kept going.

Not butter chicken. Not tikka masala. You can get those everywhere.

We called it The Bouzi Club because tarbooz means watermelon in Hindi.

Ankita does all the cooking. Aman holds the whole evening together.

The food

Not the India you already know.

We don't do butter chicken. What we cook are the recipes that don't travel. From village kitchens and family homes.

We experiment constantly. Indian techniques, Mediterranean ingredients, Greek spices.

🌱 The menu is confirmed 3 days before. The best dish is whatever looks good at the market.
